The vast majority of people who attempt to give up smoking fail. Why?

After four days there is no nicotine left in the system. By this time the physical addiction has been beaten. For the next three weeks any craving will be for adrenalin not nicotine - it’s mostly during this period when most people start smoking again - and from then on it's the psychological dependence and your relationship with cigarettes that's important.

All smokers are fully aware of the dangers of their habit so reasoning with them will not work. Nor does willpower and many, many smokers can testify to this. The key to success is to be prepared for and to win the psychological battle.

To this end, my Stop Smoking Program consists of threes sessions. The first is a history take and is used to understand your relationships with smoking. The information gained here is used to create an individual hypnotic wordweaving script just for you. This sesson also includes an introduction to hypnosis so  that you may experience the relaxing trance state. The sencond session is where we do the work and the third session is where we reinforce the changes.
